I must r1 harder.... Oh I failed.

“Remove” is probably the wrong word, regarding some features not carried from D1 to D2. Many of the improvements made by the Live team, were put in place late into D2s dev cycle. I’m sure some will get there as long as they still make sense in this version of the game.
I have never been in antagonistic “raid”. I’ve been watching streams for more than two years, and every “raid” was simply one streamer sending their viewers to another streamer for support. They generally last for a minute or two and in most cases result in a lower count streamer getting new followers and subscribers.
Here’s the best I found so far. Literally insulted me for bad chemistry.
What I remember most about the OB was that several folks saw this as a way for Steam to Trojan Horse the console publisher market. Too bad the implementation was so half hearted that hardly any of the functions worked as intended.
You seem to invest a lot of emotional energy around a person and company that you seem to think are overinflated.
No IP and Trademark are design to protect against other companies creating a new product using their designs. Not to protect against public use of that product in other forms. They were to protect artists and inventors NOT corporations. Our legal system has twisted the intent to be anti consumer
This is untrue, it’s been proven through studies that even piracy of current releases do NOT impact the bottom line.
Technically if I own a copy of Actraiser, emulating that title has already been proven in court as legal method of backup.
Emulation for PS2 and Wii is fairly stable you could always play them that way.
Run is probably the wrong word. They feel that adamantly sticking to the Last City is a lost cause. By probing space they ensure there is an exit strategy the next time someone decides to beat down the Towers door, again.
Solid points but until the Thargoids attempt to make any peaceful direct overtures to open communications, how would a society expect to react. They either treat human encounters as indifferent or hostile but never directly peaceful.
You may not be aware but they have recently instituted player owned capital ships. They require a clan to purchase.
I’ve certainly watched on public transit on my phone. The only reason I could think they record metrics that the sound is off, is that twitter vids mute by default. You have to in mute after start. Metric guys need better tools.
You are getting quests through quest givers, upgrading gear, and solving puzzles, it’s every bit a 16 bit era RPG with golf instead of menu combat.
Playing the game in handheld mode, I would want the font any smaller or artistic. There is a lot of text conversations and they do really fun things with the speech bubbles for emphasis. Take your font hate to someone’s terrible Wordpress page.
This is the real legal issue, “not hey your game is like ours”, which happens all the time in games. The other problem is the use of PUBG in marketing pieces. Since the game title is probably trademarked, you generally have to seek approval to use it.
Wasn’t trying to troll, simply confused about the complaints. While I understand avoiding spoilers today is very difficult, the console folks would have rioted to wait over a month to get to access the raid. It was a no win all around.
The article says the backstory comes from an Adventure mission. So yep in the game now.
One piece of misinformation with correcting. You state that the Hunter class’ ability doesn’t benefit the team. There are perks that allow the dodge to benefit other nearby characters as well in their tree. It’s certainly not as useful as the bubble or auras but not explicitly self centered as first seems.
