“I’ll never get to do this but here,” remarked an awe-struck father, as tears rolled down his face.
Looks like someone at Capcom set their age to 99 under game options.
As a person who considers himself neutral on both of them (Pistons fan=my attitude on Jordan, lukewarm on James), I think this might end up being the argument for James being considered better than Jordan, in that it could be said that he had to make all of his best shots from a disadvantage vis-a-vis Jordan.
The one at the end of regulation? No. That’s why most of Jordan’s most famous game winners are all jumpers - he knew he wasn’t getting that call if he drove to the hoop, but he also knew he wouldn’t get called for pushing off and stuff. So he got the best jumper he could get, and made most of them.
Thing is, if you’re going to “let them play,” you’ve gotta let them play at both ends. Last night, the refs didn’t. Stopping play on a nearly identical foul to Curry that you let continue at the other end isn’t “letting them play.” It’s just bad refereeing.
Here is the issue I have with this whole thing. Would you force an african american baker to make a lynching cake for a kkk member? How about a jewish baker to make a nazi cake? A pro-choice baker making an aborted fetus cake (10/10 would have a slice) for an anti-choice rally?
If you answer no to either of these, then…
I want to preface my response by saying that I absolutely am strongly in favor of gay rights and think that under anti-discrimination laws, a baker should have to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple just as for any other couple. But this wasn’t a wedding cake, it was a cake with a specific message on it saying…
He’s backing what he sees as freedom of speech; it’s pretty clear he does not agree with bigotry.
...but it is a game full of white people. And after playing Dragon Age Inquisition or any Bethesda title, it does kind of stick out how endlessly white The Witcher is in comparison. I love the game, but it is what it is.
You’re entitled to your opinion.
You’re demanding less for your money?
Oh look, someone who doesn’t know what they are talking about.
I want to put a feeler out. Does anyone else find it extremely frustrating to control the character? Combat feels fine, but basic navigation and exploration feels terrible to me.
The language will be added in a patch on May 21.
I’ve never been into the show. To me, it always reminded me of when every comic book decided to go “grim and gritty” in the 90s. One most juvenile things to believe is that constant senseless hopelessness and violence are somehow inherently mature. It’s a 13 year old boy’s vision of what adult art should be like.
Thank you: “The problem isn’t that this episode included a rape, but that it did so in the service of bad storytelling. It told the audience nothing that wasn’t already known, and it didn’t advance any plot lines beyond where they already were.”
You’re a dick, Jonathan.
I really respect him for having the guts to leave the country for a different job with horrible work conditions to satisfy his inner artist. It is really draining working in the creative field and constantly being involved in projects you just can't get behind even though the pay is good and have enough free time to…
