- whichever options I chose, I often found myself railroaded to the same short-term conclusion.

I’m not brand loyal between the two. I currently have a GTX970. I haven’t played enough different games to really see if the 4GB is a problem. Although after 22 hours of Fallout 4 I haven’t had any card issues. @ 1080p 60fps, Mostly ultra. Dropped Anisotropic Filtering to 12x, shadow and Godrays quality at medium.

I had a friend who wasn’t familiar with newer consoles. Once he tried Uncharted he was hooked and soon got a PS3.

Congratulations! Gold star for using the first definition you found on Backwards Compatibility. That definition is correct by the way. There is also the Merriam Webster definition :compatible with older equipment or previous versions of software.

I don’t have to try. Microsoft is using the term loosely as a way to gain market share. Up until now backwards compatibly has always used the original content and it was either emulated or the system had the original hardware. Why does Microsoft get to bend the rules? Hey, if they are willing to give people who bought

Unpopular opinion here but I regret buying Fallout 4. I wish I would have spent that on Battlefront instead. Well.. I’m still going to buy it but at a later date. I had a lot of fun with the beta. Fallout 4 has been depression and boring. But hey, at least there is more color in the world right?

Honest question, how is downloading a converted version of a xbox 360 game backwards compatibility? You can go buy Namco Museum game for PS3 and play old Atari games but that doesn’t make the PS3 backwards compatible to old Atari games. You still need a special version to play. Wouldn’t the original content of a game

Decent 2 for PC I think is was got me into inverted Y. Also flight simulators in general. Although flying using the mouse in Battlefield 1942 was probably what did it in. Up is up and down is down is just madness for me.

You must have never played a flight simulator then. I’m not sure how I started using inverted Y but It may have been from Decent 2 way back in the day.

I’m not a blogger, good speller to even that great at grammar, however my first blog was about what steam needs to do. Read it if you like but I’ll give you my short opinion.

I bought the vanilla game just recently. I leveled up to 34 with a light level of 165. Then I realized I couldn’t do anything else. It felt a whole part of the game was just missing. After looking into the DLC I found I made a mistake. Ended up trading it in for pennies. Also traded in one of my boxed copies of

Ford Probe GTS. Sure you got some chrome rims, a racing stripe and an “S” after GT but performance was the same old KLDE in America. They didn’t even bother throwing in KLZE for good measure. I would have loved to only be a few car lengths behind any ricer. At least when my muffler rusted through it sounded pretty

That may seem like a lot but you could easily leverage that spot is worth more just for tourism alone. Who’s to say you couldn’t throw up bed and board and go all Area 51 and make a decent business? Impractical I know but still. They have also have years of evidence that the government wants them to move. The property

Am I the only one here that thinks this is not backwards compatibility? If a special version of a game has to be downloaded to play than it’s not backwards compatibility. It’s “You get free xbox 360 games that you can play on the xbox one if you already own the game”

People say this all the time but never understand why having a higher frame rate is better. I’m not saying needed, just better. If you looked away from a screen and came back to it, or your eyes move from one spot on the screen to another, you have the potential to catch a frame that you would normally have to wait

I don’t care either way but with this logic then I want a v6 Ecoboost AWD Mustang.

Massive enough leap in what? Graphics? Fuck graphics. It’s about how much fun you have. Soon next gen will have plenty of games to play that are only on Next gen. Besides, it’s not like these console are that expensive. Shit, PS3 when it came out was $600. That’s understandable. At $350 with a game, not sure what

Racing is all you really get for consoles. I’m sure we’ll see more simulation games once VR comes to fruition.

My older PC is a first i5 750. It was normally 2.66ghz but it was a beast in overclocking. I had it at 3.4GHz and that was modest compared to what others were doing. Pairing that with a GTX670 I really didn’t “need” to build a newer PC but you know how that works.

I personality stay away from two cards. Keeps my PSU cost and noise down.
