I know what your saying. It has been confirmed that GTA 5 for PS4 runs at 30fps. The 60 fps videos uploaded to YouTube are shot in 60 fps. That's why it looks so smooth. I'm sure there is software that could fill in the frames in a 30fps clip but it wouldn't look the same.

What do you think all the free DLC Rockstar has added in the last year is worth? I think 27 cars, 1 heli, 3 planes, 1 boat, 11 guns, creative mode, countless new wearables and missions is worth $60. GTA 5 on PC would be good now because of the first person view but I still can't stand driving or 3 person using a keyboard. PS4 controller works on Windows though :)

I don't think any future GTA game will be 60 fps. They always seem to rather go for more detail than fps. This is a good test for them to see what the PS4 can do.
