Aye, my phone does that too. Thanks to HDMI sync. It's rather weird being able to control my whole setup just using a phone connected to the TV syncing everything around HDMI. Like I can activate my TV's cinema mode too. All from a single device. I know the Wii U has TV controls, shame its limited to just volume and…
I'd hazard a guess that a PS3 and bluray remote is cheaper than a Wii U. Do you feel like confirming that?
Nothing lacklustre about it, my iPhone is always on, always next to me. I just unlock it with my fingerprint and speak what I want to display in a textbox :) It's rather neat, certainly saves time. Of course there's a remote too that has a battery life longer than 3 hours. Or is it 3.5 hours?
Nope. I think it's just like a fashion or sport for some people. There's nothing wrong with that, except when they think this is the standard.
That sounds a bit cumbersome to operate it from two devices. I'm implying just running it from one, since it then only uses up one system allocation.
Whats with those weird noses on the drawings?
That sounds awfully selfish.
Such a silly programme this is. Why not wait another 20-30 years until tech exists to get you there and back again? Reading interviews with candidates and it all sounds so...
I wouldn't say the Wii U version is the best, what with it's not-as-good HDMI. But I imagine these things will be ironed out in the next hardware update. I mean I wish I could use my phone with it's voice input and faster keyboard for quicker Netflix usage whilst on the Wii U, that would be another nice step forward…
True I usually just watch things on bluray, but when I have to use an alternative I want it looking the best it can. Why settle for less?
Let's try and do this as you posted it;
"except for people using certain methods on Windows 7/8."
Nope, I've used display calibration tools too. Like I say, I don't want to settle for anything that's less than the best. It might not be a huge difference but it's certainly picked up with my dSLR.
Except something is wrong somewhere in your setup because it appears you're not getting the wider colour range from the PS3 or PS4.
So it's back up, that's good. No there was a period not too long ago where we were waiting for updates+fixes. It looks like we have them now. Hooray!
Who gets emails from their family?
Boom. Perfect.
There we go again, someone comparing a human (an intelligent being capable of self-recognition and a brain that can form and solve complex problems) to an animal (instinctive, reactionary, lacks higher thought processes).
Thank god for that. This is on my radar now.
