We’re keeping that vibe. We’re content that is not for everyone, so even when we grow, it won’t be by the millions.

Not “great” fluctuations. We have a steadily climbing median on both Patreons. When someone backs us for the month of shoutouts and spikes us for $3,000, we know that’s for ONE month. That’s not the new number. So when that goes away, we’re ready for it.

Hahaha. Start building and planning now. Don’t just jump and figure it out when you’re free. You need a plan.

I watched the first episode after we left, but I haven’t had time to get back. I still go out with Marty on the regular, so I have an idea of what’s going on. They had to kill the format; they had to make it their own.

You have to have a business plan, have some idea about the money going in and out each month. We did a lot of planning before launching into this. You have to find a way to make it succeed.
