Well, that's what started me investigating as well. I was wondering about the lashes and the lips, and debating whether people would get upset about these types of gender indentifiers, then I noticed the boob lines on the lab coat, then the waist jumped out at me...
I learned "brusketta" and "maraskeeno" from the "How to Archer" book.

She helped establish Theon's sex-driven character to further enhance his castration, and she was a pretty likeable character which really helped establish Joffrey as a total psychopath. Finally, her death was set up by Littlefinger which reinforced what a total shit that guy is.

All joking aside, it's extremely unfortunate that more games don't feature a character creator (an extensive one, most are very lacking) and a more ambiguous story allowing for any type of main character. It's why I tend to prefer MMOs, but even that is getting stale.
