I say this all the time. How the hell did Baylor NOT get the death penalty. Not one, but MULTIPLE major scandals (more than one criminal) that ousted university presidents, ADs and coaches. Seriously, they have some much shit going on you forget about the MURDER.

Yes Jenna was the fashion, but the pricing and executive descisons are all Mickey Drexler. He drove up that pricing. “Why can we price these jeans at $125?” That’s a real quote. This coupled with the truely cheap-ass quality they stared selling to compensate for this money grab cost them customers.

Can anything be done legally when failures like this happen? Is there a clear path for restitution for the surviving child?

I burst into tears when they fought to protect Celeste. Uncontrollable sobs. These women. Anyone who has been through this can understand the real desire to have that protection and safety. The story of Celeste was so well done. I wish the ending wasn’t a fantasy for so many women. Bravo Nicole and Reese!!!
