It was definitely a bit shady. But no harm was done. All parts were replaced with brand new oem parts and the mechanic was a legit mechanic with his own shop. The only way you could of possibly noticed the difference was if you measured the level of road dust on the parts.

I don’t think electric cars need to get thousands of miles per charge to be good enough, but they certainly need more than 100. Thats not enough for normal use for most people, especially not in california.

I sold a car and then crashed it that night (avoiding a deer). Unless you plan on using an rv (or popup like this one) on a very regular basis, it makes more sense to rent. Not only are RVs super expensive, but they also require a lot of upkeep. Most people do not use theirs enough to justify the costs.

I was talking about Speedy just yesterday, with a Mexican-American coworker. We came to the conclusion that he is (or was) vaguely racist, but it didnt matter because he was cool. She is a big fan.

My roommate watches this show. The values they assign to stuff is ridiculously high. If you believe the show is real, then they are literally paying more for the stuff than you would pay on ebay, sometimes double or triple the amount. And they plan on reselling it at even higher prices.
