Hub motors are ridiculously reliable and hard to kill. Even way overvolted they still do fine. Batteries are generally reliable nowadays, and can be replaced. Brakes are reliable, easy to fix, and easy to replace. There isnt much that can go wrong on a bike like this.

The only value is the tires and wheels. The rest is worthless. Cost more to fix the engine than its worth. Interior and exterior are fucked beyond any reasonable repair. To restore this you are looking at 10-20K. For a car that will be worth 2k restored.
