I rented a Pontiac Sunfire for a trip to Kill Devil Hills, NC - a place where driving on the beach is completely allowed. After the usual assortment of handbrake-assisted U-turns and curb clips, we headed out around midnight to drift the sandy shores. We made it, maybe, 100 feet before becoming impossibly stuck. By

Okay, this seemed desperate but it turned out it wasn’t.

There is no denying the huge industrial importance of Catalunya, particularly in the automotive sector. However, there are many other places in Spain with car factories and/or a vibrant car culture scene.

Cool, I didn’t know that. Or the word “spermaceti.” That sounds like the pasta dish you DON’T want to order at an Italian restaurant.

That starts to get into hypercar territory, at least with the new stuff. Christian himself calls his works Hypercars now, as if it is too vulgar to call it a super car. Excellent cars though and the original CCX and Zonda definitely belong on the list. I just feel as if after the hybrid era they are hypercars now.

Okay so this one time, I convinced my friend to let us take his dads 250 California out for the day in Chicago and...well...lets just say it was one interesting day off.

It didn't "just come out." It was publicly announced as part of the negotiations for the nuclear deal more than a year ago and happened in January as scheduled per that public announcement. It did, however, just get politicized and turned into a scandal by a desperate presidential campaign.

Next review: Alyssa Walker, the 2016 Ford Raptor and Manhattan. I’d probably read it quite a few times...

Well, just look at the state of our country RIGHT NOW, that gives you a good idea at how un-reformable France is lol. And R5 Turbo 2 are actually more expensive in France than in the US right now so...

I found this excellent example after just a few minutes of searching. Most aren’t anywhere near as well preserved as this one:

To each their own! For me, in styling as in all other aspects, there is the Citroën DS, and then there are cars.

I know where you’re coming from, but I’d humbly submit the Citroën 2CV as well. I some ways even simpler than a Model T, wheel travel for days, and proven many hundreds of times over in all corners of the world.

pfft easy... just check your register and arrest the only 10 guys in texas who didnt have guns yet.... ill take my 5 grand in quarters plz

It’s not terribly good either. The benchmark for the time was the Peugeot / Citroën 1.7 litre XUD turbo diesel which made 90 bhp and 133 lbs-ft. I had one in a ‘90 Citroën BX TZD Turbo Estate which would cruise at 100 mph all day on the French Autoroute and return 40 MPG Imp. in the process. I did 238,000 miles in 8

I think you’re missing the fact that she attacked a black car, which is clearly racist.

Don’t forget the Alyssa Walker story: This Bad Evil Car Got Exactly What It Deserves Because All Cars Are Evil And Bad.

I don't think that I ever used a proper jack on mine. Oil change? Suspension up, chuck a pair of axle stands underneath, drop it down, voilà!

It was quite easy indeed, when I got a flat in my CX I simply put the suspension in the highest setting, put a big piece of wood beneath the car and lowered the suspension again, and hey presto "I don't need no stinking jack me".

Now playing

One blown tire? It can keep it balanced with only 3 wheels. There are loads of these clips on youtube, with various Citroën models.
