the only bit i would have wanted more is if the arrow penetrated the riot shield, but lost momentum to not be lethal. after all, i think his arrows penetrated armored glass, so riot shields should be no problem.

when i first saw the pilot, i thought that the big plan waddie white proposed was to put rayna and scarlet together.

yeah, from the pilot, he didnt know diggle, but he did have in mind that, at some point in the near future, he'd have to set himself up w the cops with a plan of his own making.
