i would wait just because the games seems to be one of these type of games that will be flooded with dlc and while getting dlc from a store that is not your main one is not a huge problem i still prefer to get dlcs on my main account.

I was having the same quandary as you and what decided it for me was the inevitable DLC. I don’t want to mess around with changing my Vita region or buying Japanese PSN cards so I can buy DLC on the Japanese store.
