No. Chrome Silver and Chrome Gold are plated plastic. The parts in question are solid metals.
Looking at the reddit post this originates from, I think the rationale is that the lid has an officially designated color in LEGO’s database. On the flipside, various limited-edition solid metal parts are excluded from the chart because they are not included in said database.
