well, that was needlessly rude. i get that it’s a trend with headlines here, but for this particular topic, not great.

it’s just a guess, but i would think that it was easier for Sam’s dad to accept when it was “the team” wearing Dubai Air, and part of “the team’s” doing. Sam being highlighted individually, in some ways becoming a face of Dubai Air, was probably over the line for him, though.
Street Food is wonderful, but make sure you have a full tummy before watching; too many delicious things to watch it on an empty stomach.
there are some decent creams out there too that might help, in combo or on their own; ProFoot’s Heel Rescue cream + socks worked wonders for me.
lol, no.
same feeling re: Dr. Fieldstone... i enjoyed the first season so much that i suspect this will be another thing that turns wonderful by the end, but it’s tough right now, to the point that her treatment of Ted actually seems unprofessional instead.
was also wondering if this was part of it. even if he’s moved on, i’m sure there’s the usual section of the internet that grabbed their pitchforks about it.
seconding this; it almost (but not quite) even convinced me to watch the other Suicide Squad movie.
can’t wait for more on Friday :)
sometimes on international trips, but it’s not really worth it on US domestic trips (usually too brief to bother). it can be really nice though, to have something boozy to sip on while reading a book, watching a movie, etc. during the flight. also might help ease some of the discomfort of the seats and/or dealing with…
yeah! between that and being in School of Rock, i can see that.
yeah, the more i thought about it, the more i wondered if this could be the beginning of her therapist approach to figuring him out, already; i could see that being a sort of text or experiment just to see what happens or how he reacts. i hated that when a therapist did something similar to me (so maybe that’s also…
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not discounting the accomplishments of the team in creating the Alpha Point demo.
i was excited to see Annie Murphy in something new and Mary Hollis Inboden is a delight... but Eric Petersen’s really captured the dopey, buffoon husband (that’s previously been portrayed with more ease by performers that actually seem to think that’s funny/charming). he seems really cool overall, so, another nice…
it sounds like a mockery of Black names; when i was growing up, it seemed like “Shaniqua” was used generally in the same way :/ despite being an actual, fine name (while Bon Quisha sounds made up).
man, people really come to these recaps to show their asses and lack of knowledge about abuse, and leaving abusive relationships.
(also basic TV devices, but that’s a whole different barrel...)
hope Dr. Fieldstone starts to fit in a little bit more as the season goes on, though... in the middle of the first episode, and she just seems kind of needlessly rude?
Batwoman and Batgirl are different heroes.
honestly; there were people complaining that In The Heights used an almost all-white-passing cast. the most vocal complainers did all but outright call the cast members white, simply for not being black or dark enough; it was gross.
there absolutely were people complaining that In The Heights used an almost all-white-passing cast. the most vocal complainers did all but outright call the cast members white, simply for not being black or dark enough.
