Despite what Shea said, this is still a season of RuPaul's Best Friend Race and the only way to salvage it is for Trinity to win. The bulk of the Drama™ this season has just been like watching the bickering of a middle school theater crew. But not only that, somehow queens like Sasha and Shea still act like they're

There is no irony because that's obviously not what the genuine compliment refers to. Again, it's not brand new that these queens have been asked to be sincere. It's kind of ridiculous to act like because they have on a wig and fake nails that means you can't care about whether or not their personality is fake. Come

Sayin what? Like it's brand new that the judges have been asking "show us who you are"?

Trinity feels so genuine to me whereas a few of the other front runners appear to play to the camera a bit too much. The Nina pep talks are mostly for themselves so they can get camera time as supportive loving queens, but then they get upset with Nina because she's doesn't immediately snap out of her depression?

The queens from previous seasons don't seem to like Sasha much though. There is a video on youtube of Bob, Willam and Kim Chi hosting a viewing party and they go in on her. There's also a compilation of Raven shading her hardcore on Fashion Photo Ruview lol

Gonna need a Valentina mask at the next Drag Con….

At this point I'm completely on board with Trinity, something I didn't expect at all. But it's so impressive how she dives head first into the challenges that are foreign to her. I think Sasha and Shea play to the camera a bit in the workroom, so it ends up spoiling what they do in their performances. Valentina's exit

She has made the statement about trying to be different several times now. It's not about animus, I just don't like that pretentiousness and phoniness. But ultimately I don't know why you're trying to make this about me, lol

It seems like they were purposefully try to annoy Trump himself and get him to fire Spicer.

The "mom animal" sketch was such a funny idea, but it seemed thrown together. If they're choosing animals, why was one an angel? And why did it end so abruptly? Definitely could have been teased out some more.

In Untucked, "we all know that I'm trying to do different things in drag that we've seen before" — yeah Sasha, you're the only one trying to do something new and different. God she's so annoying with this try hard attitude. Then her first single is her doing that Alaska does Nicki Minaj Roman voice. I hooooope she

Where would we be without Alyssa's crack "back rolls?!"

Kind of annoyed that Sasha started this train of snapping at people for inappropriate jokes. Drag has always been about being subversive. That's how we got progress, acting as a community and subverting those who said we were wrong. You can't pride yourself for going outside the box, but then get upset if someone goes

I'm sure she could have found a way to make it work, but Alaska's move is still designed to disrupt Katya. There is no way that Alaska is thinking that this will benefit Katya.

Yeah, it's a lesser version, but you can tell from the episodes and Untucked that at that point, Alaska and Katya weren't close. If your lip sync win demands throwing off the other girl, then that's cheap.

So then think of it more neutrally — how can you respond to your own benefit when someone pulls you in to lick your face dramatically? It's a toned down, more acceptable version of picking someone up. There is no way to respond or continue your performance without completely altering what you are doing. Alaska/Mimi

No I agree, but she did splits, walk overs, etc. and it was amazing, but she didn't beat Morgan. That's not the same as a queen doing one split and calling it a gimmick.

Yeah! It's almost like sometimes 'drag' ends up being too broad of a category. Ok, April can't play a lesbian in a 1980's horror movie skit — uh but did you see how she entered the work room with a parachute girl scout look? Vivacious came in with two heads? You're so right, it was a strong season. Hopefully the next

I don't see a huge difference from Mimi lifting a queen and Alaska grabbing and licking a queen — it's the same stuff. It's throwing someone off their game and blocking them from their performance. I think that is worse than something like Detox does. The problem with Detox's gimmick is it's old after 10 seconds, but

Being different for the sake of it isn't genuine though. You're already different because you're uniquely you. Stand out because you're being the best you, not because you're modifying yourself so as to be nothing like anyone around you.
