As a person who’s driven a couple of Hyundais for the last couple of decades, the Korean description is pretty good. The motor / drive train will last forever, but all the plastic bits will break or fall off long before you get to that point.

I agree with almost all of this - except for the Love of God - do not put 10k into a Chrysler LH. Buy a horse, walk to work, uber every day for a year, but don’t throw away money like that.

My condolences. Sounds like someone needs an SSRI and couples counseling. Buying a new car every couple of years is not a practical way to treat this condition.
