I became very aware of my portion sizes and how much I eat. I had to get used the feeling of not being full. I stop at “no longer hungry.” It’s not a very satisfying feeling, but as long as I am not actually hungry, it’s ok. And I try to eat everything within an 8 hour window, though that doesn’t always work out.
