I see you’ve had the Thundercat treatment as well.

You are too kind, and thank you for the recommendations! I appreciate some of Tim’s philosophical stances on business and life, especially the incorporation of Stoicism (which I believe they’ve mentioned a few times here on Lifehacker). I will be adding Sam Harris and The Atlantic to my rotation, but perhaps this will…
Agreed. I thought there would be some graduation from 500-word blurbs to extensive examinations of lifestyle choices across cultures and disciplines. I considered starting a blog to that end, examining different media and philosophy, but unlike these guys, that’s not my day job ha. Any recommendations? Tim Ferriss…
Lifehacker should do an article like that: tools for mobilizing your community around a cause. That would be interesting.
Please do! Report back next year and let us know what you think.
I’m on board with a shared set of New Year’s resolutions - if you actually come up with resolutions that you can work on together with your community. That idea is actually pretty sound, especially if you feel that you have something to lose by failing (money, face, etc.). It’s the public declarations that I find to…
One of the biggest problems with New Year’s resolutions is their inherent call for attention. By sharing a collective timeline for our goals, we enforce a superficial idea of success or failure based on a day that holds no personal meaning for us (unless you’re born on the 1st).
Other commenters mentioned this, but Genji and Reinhardt have a couple advantages over Doomfist, respectively:
At this point, Doomfist really only makes sense in the arcade games like FFA. Even in Quick Play, it’s too difficult to work with him in maps that lack density like Junkertown or - ironically - Numbani. I can’t imagine playing him competitively.
I’m amused that this holiday, celebrating the unique harvesting conditions of a new world, is being debated so vehemently between citizens likely far removed from the work itself. Freedom is delicious and fattening - get with it, Canada.
I remember listening to Cerulean for the first time, and I was mesmerized by his ability to blend popular electronic trends with the relatively obscure sounds and samples that were obviously near and dear to his heart. While Seaside Town is wonderful and Aminals beautifully quirky, Lovely Bloodflow is one of my…
After just having seen Thor: Ragnarok again and Justice League once, I think I find DC’s take on characters to be more interesting in the context of their worlds - even though I really disliked the broken departure in DC’s latest.
I come from the future and...you’d be right.
This is the best comment, right here. Thanks for playing.
“The first thing that Goku did while he’s dead and in hell was he started this crazy ass journey to go and try to get stronger again,” Jones said. “Even when this fool’s dead he’s like, ‘No days off.’”
Jesus, working EA Support during the Simpsons Tapped Out days was a nightmare. It’s sad to say, but thank god EA relegated all of those calls to email, where I could basically tell them that they’re premium “donuts” or whatever were gone.
