I play alot of COD. Everytime a player with a girl name shows up I just think, couldn't they make a few female avatars. It's not true to ground combat but it is a video game. Jumping out of second story windows with 50 pounds of gear and running behind a car to magically heal from a gun shot wound isn't true either.
