You have a false belief that you can assess the dependability of an employee based on the number of children they have. The reason anti-discrimination laws are in place is because people wrongly assume that their judgment of an employee is based on fact, when really you’re just stereotyping.

What you are doing is illegal and you will face consequences for it eventually.

You clearly didn’t read the article. It explicitly says most recovered admits say gaming wasn’t the root of the problem it was just a coping mechanism for the deeper problem. However, the fact he’s now undergoing treatment it seems is a good sign.

I still don’t know why some gamers are so hesitant to admit that this is an actual issue. I know quite a few. I am sure a majority of us know somebody with a form of digital addiction and gaming addiction is a subset of that.
