Flare does exactly the opposite of what they claim. It decreases the dynamic range and increases the contrast of the image. It is an ANTI-HDR app. What it does do is... Make the video look strange and broken.

The Panoscan camera has been able to capture 500 mega-pixel scans since 1999. The current MK-3 camera can capture a 360 degree image with over 200 mega pixels in about 30 seconds too... See: [www.panoscan.com]
