I am soooo glad that I wasn't the only one who wasted all those hours sincerely answering eHarmony's questionnaire only to find out that they didn't have a match for me. My self-esteem has since healed.

My birthday's next Thursday and I am taking the day off at work. I never work on my birthday —- that's one treat I always give myself every year. That said, I've never had a cake day at work because "I'm never there" (cheap bastards!), is it inappropriate to ask for it in advance?
