Fun grouse fact - One of the more popular (i.e. publicly accessible), reliable and unusual leks is at the north end of the runway at Jackson Hole Wyoming's airport. I've taken several trips up to hear and see the birds do their thing. Very cool.

See my reply to TantricBazinga. I'd still encourage you to donate however.

Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Their stated position is that credentialing hurdles are too much trouble. NPs are able to join DWB and function as RNs if they wish.

The same Doctors without Borders who refuse the assistance of entire classes of medical providers because they fail to meet their narrowly defined idea of who can provide adequate medical care? Quelle surprise!

That is true. I should have said the Golden State.

Of course the reason the episode is known as the Owens Valley water wars is the animosity created by Mulholland's and Eaton's method of obtaining the water rights. With a few notable exceptions (e.g. Sisyphus), judgement played no significant part in the process. Hell on the other hand is a Christian incarnation, and its

Fellow nitpicker here to add that Hades != Hell.

I hear that... I ran across the first one by accident, and had them all one clicked to my phone inside an hour.

I was a backer! Great game, thanks Cryptozoic!

Ooom....Shai-Hulud.

I actually added that last bit as more of a joke than anything,... I do get that anecdotal evidence can be accurate, and not everything can be studied directly.

B12 deficiency is one of the more common deficiencies, however studies peg the figure at about 6% maximum in the US/UK populations, and that's in the elderly and subjects who avoid eating animal food sources. You're correct that taking extra does no harm, but if you exclude the placebo effect, it doesn't help either.
