i test drove the car. It didnt pull, it drove straight, the engine sounded healthy. It has issues too, no ac, clutch was slipping, needed 2 new tires and probably an alignment, has a few oil leaks, and a few other random issues, mostly cosmetic…

although the 90s-2000s models with the 1.8t engine were known for having their problems, i really like the engine. it scoots the heavy a4 around without many problems, has lots of upgrade potential, and gets great mpg, and makes some nice sound from the exhaust. their 4.2v8 is also fun to drive with ls1 corvette power…
