I think StanK underestimated the city and their plan (and drive) to build a new stadium. The thing is, the NFL wants cities to continue shelling out dough for stadiums, so Kroenke, even though he’s willing to build his own stadium, may be forced to stay if the financing comes through in St. Louis.
