Most do not realise that Tesla is lowest in the list in terms of AV tech. Waymo being the top tech out there. As far as L4, the tech is there but awaiting certification/testing/simulation and regulations. So it is just wait time. Any one can buy that L4 tech. Tesla is great in EV but L4 and above, it is miles/years…
