Seriously, he’s gone, enough with calling anything Shelby that wasn’t built at his company.

I think it’s a bit more nuanced as the incentives and subsidies serve more as a reward for making the decision to buy an EV — in the U.S. anyway. The federal EV tax credit doesn’t lower the purchase price (though it can lower the lease cost), you get the reward when you file your taxes in April of the following year.

EV prices are too high, but that won’t be fixed without scale. You can’t get scale without competitive prices. Subsidies accelerate the adoption of EVs, and thus will bring down the price of EVs.

Would excessive speeding like this be reduced if all speed limits were based on some sort of scientifically-based actual safe traveling speed, rather than having areas of arbitrary reduced limits, seemingly for no reason other than revenue generation?

That’s so clever you had to repeat it because everyone’s ignoring you. Except me. Goddamn it.

Edit: Meh, never mind; everyone else has already made the “that guy is actually 27" joke, I’ll just take the L here and show myself out

This is why I said governors should have exempted churches from large gathering restrictions.  Just avoid the martyr complex bullshit and skip straight to the martyrdom.  Let’s see how many of them really believe in the magic they claim makes them superior.

I went to a very popular motorcycle tech school. I pirated tons of movies then and burned them for buddies at school, most of who were this kind of biker. They all got this episode burned in front of the movie, I laughed all year at this.

I am all in, Nice Price, I want to see if this Italian Mistress will treat me worse than that current German one out in the Garage

Like most Americans, I have a 500 mile commute where I need to transport 9 passengers and tow a battle-ready T-70 tank while fording exactly 31 inches of water. The puny battery in this inferior electric vehicle can’t possibly work for my needs. There’s literally no use case for it, mark my words these will rot on

Mechanically a W126 may be simpler but I hope you are not suggesting that that interior looks timeless and not at all dated.

I got an Abarth for my Daily in 2015, while I was in college. I haven’t had any issues with it in 5 years and 75k on it. Obviously that’s just my one example. But I love every second driving it!

Get a Fiat 500 Abarth

Bruh, the battery pack is located under the second row seats way up above the drive train. It’s likely shielded by other components and the frame, plus undercladding. So if you somehow manage to spear that pack, you’ve probably also sunk your car and killed everyone you love in the vehicle.

I’ve got two words for these stats: Brock Turner.

Fast food workers have to deal with jerks daily, but they don’t go around murdering people.

I mean, at least the crackhead might offer you a hand job in the alley in exchange for a few bucks for a fix.
