I live in NYC, voted in Brooklyn this morning at around 10AM. I had no line. Have never experienced a line here either.

There are no differences between levels. At level 275, the only thing that is different between myself and a Lvl 1 is that I have a lot more cosmetics and a lot more time played (and experience).

Arcade mode is currently available on the PTR and is comprised of “1V1 Mystery Duel,” “3v3 Elimination,” “6v6 Mystery Heroes,” “6V6 No Limits” and “All Brawls.” They each have their upsides and downsides, but for sure, all of them will get you playing heroes you’d never touched before and make you a more team-focused…
