A whole remote site went down an hour after I posted that, and I missed lunch going out to fix it.
The only time I ever tried crock pot cooking. Gave myself and my dog food poisoning. She managed to poo on my living room wall. That was a fun vet bill.
Some of my coworkers hustle themselves into a state where they are “too busy” to take a lunch break almost every day. Let’s call them Lunch Martyrs. They enable the boss or people from other departments to interrupt lunch break time, and it spreads out to more and more people not respecting that break time. Those…
You meant “Laughably Complex”
The Wendy’s one still tastes the same, but it’s also still a crapshoot as to whether you will get a dried, shriveled mess.
Hardee’s is right down the street from Popeyes and Chik-fil-a. The chicken district! I went there a few days ago, and they had the “Closed due to staffing” sign up. Will have to try again.

I wait till the warning light comes on, which is around 260 miles in my Jeep. Then I drive around some more, gambling until it’s convenient to stop.
The styling on this Subaru is atrocious. They seriously need some new designers, their cars have been agressively ugly for a long time.
Nowadays they would make every single gear, tooth, and arm of the mechanism out of plastic and call it a day.
2006 Nissan Frontier Nismo 4x4. Anyone claiming these trucks are “tough” earns a laugh from me. I got mine used, but that does not explain all the electrical problems I encountered, plastic “mechanisms” and the defective radiator and timing chain guides that soured me on these forever. After a year of dumping money…
20 years ago I waited in line for an hour to buy a parking pass for I think $80. Then I came back to my car next to that building to find a parking ticket for not having a parking pass. It wasn’t even a class day.
