Are there metal beds you could get for this? From Australia maybe?

As a twice former owner of Frontiers, agree whole heartedly. And crack pipe.

I am on my second 4 door JK. Not really a fan of the roof of the JL, though everything else about it is nice. Going back to any other kind of vehicle is not an option anymore, unless I could somehow get a 70 series landcruiser.

First car.. an ‘85 DX with 1500cc and the 3 speed auto. I had 2 accidents in it, and it kept on trucking to be handed down to my little sister. She hated it even more than I did.

The ovoid school of design was a plague upon the 1990s, all over industrial and product design. It made everything worse.

Stay the hell away from Nissan Frontiers unless you like mystery electrical problems and trim falling off left and right.

I used a ten year old, 1600 psi hand-me-down electric pressure washer the other day, and it did the job just fine, scrubbing crud off my concrete and siding.

This is the best looking Toyota in a long time. Their designers are finally starting to make sense for the first time since the 90s.

Trading in my Jeep JKU for a used Nissan Frontier, having just bought a house and thinking that I needed a pickup. I had had one before, and it was 1-owner, so I thought I knew what I was getting into. The Frontier turned out to be a huge pile of shit that cost me over $3k in fixes. Even after those, I was afraid to

At least you can change the front (or any other part) of your Jeep if you want something different. You can’t get rid of the ugly on a modern Lexus or Infiniti or that old VehiCROSS.

Hot take of the day right there

Already had a (forest) green Tacoma. This weekend I picked up an orange Jeep.

3 spoke wheels were always terrible. Even on Mustangs and Probes. They look cheap. Saab could get away with them because they were so thicc.

My first thought was “well all that’s going to break”. Then I remembered nobody with a Sierra actually uses the bed for the first 15 years.

Christ that is ugly. Toyota designers should all be fired.

No... no they don’t. They look like a mishmash of cheap parts from all over the Nissan range, and some from the past. That interior is an uncoordinated mess.

It’s as if the Nissan Juke and a hideous old Isuzu Vehicross had a baby. That should have been aborted.

It’s still in the url... poor judgement either way.

Nevermind, missed the Ranger bit. Definitely curious about those.

Too bad about those awful looking fenders.
