It is worth it, and like he says in the video, it is a difficult position to get into. Start low, and always prioritize form over weight. Remember that the goal is to build strength, not to demonstrate strength.

Always listen to Rippetoe. And you heard what he said about dropping the weight at the top.

I am very surprised that EA would behave unscrupulously.

I like streaming as a hobby sometimes, but there have been so many times that my stream pulls fewer than ten viewers that I can’t imagine having enough faith in it to make it a career. Good luck to him though.

I’ve heard that voice chat is important for competitive mode, but I’ve never once been matched up with seal team 6. Turns out the chat is just as worthless in both ranked and unranked modes.

Definitely not. But if you like group stuff, mmo’s are a lot of fun, and are text based chats. Or grand strategy, like europa universalis, though that’s a hell of a commitment
