If she had a conversation with her daughter once in a while, and if she was in a better state of mind, the subject of the refrigerator magnet would have come up and her instincts would have kicked in.

I mean it’s over, right? Our role in the world? The fiction we’ve bought into that we’re the greatest country in the world? We suck on all levels.

I wish this show were as breezy and fun as you paint it, but it’s just a frustrating mess, for me. If it’s like you say, with all these calamities snowballing into some kind of hilarity, maybe it’s best to view all the episodes together in one long binge instead of week to week.

I’ve made the effort going on 4 episodes now and I’m done. When Fiona jumped off the train, I yelled “Wait for me!!”

In Treatment is what I know him from, he was amazing on that show and yes I agree, I thought he was older, too- no shade, he just had that quality of someone who’s lived a life.

I have something to say 5 years too late! This episode was an A!

I guess. I mean you can tune into Sirius XM channel 148 and listen to classic radio theatre with amazing actors from 20th century.

Yes, it is very much some Bernie Bro shit! Good Day Sir! ✌

LOL I’m not sure what you think the “gotcha” is here. Feel free to go through all of my posts and screen cap them - I am a completely biased Bernie supporter who believes in social democracy.

Personal bias? Yes. I could not care less about The Obamas - what they’re doing, what they think, what awesome projects they’re working on, etc.

Boy Saul and Carrie had no problems messing with his sister’s head when it suited their needs.

Touch a nerve or something?

I guess there’s people who want to go back to the Obama days and people who think he was charming and ineffectual and we should never settle for that again.

Sadly.

In my head it started off Melania and then it turned into Borat.

That’s really surprising considering everything else going on in the world, and how America's love affair with The Obamas seems like a lifetime ago. To me it would be like watching a Lawrence Welk episode.

Does anyone actually care about this? Or them?

I’m completely biased, since I think that Trump is a cancer and Bernie is a once in a lifetime politician, a truly positive influence on society.

Ahhh the age old ‘just talking about ideas’ like we’re all just philosophers searching for truth, whatever it might be. It’s not like the phrasing of the question gives away exactly how you feel about it or anything.

No Not really that interesting. It’s the same question that all guys are obsessed with. It’s always about the poor guy, never about the future prospects of the person he wronged. The entitlement is so tiring.
