this IS a big deal. these boys have a flair for design and gameplay. you may not think it now but cod4mw was a revelation in terms of gameplay and finesse. cod2 was amazing too. mw2 was as far as any cod should have gone. the last great one imo. plus theyre teaming up with an almost certainly overhauled source engine…

has there been any mention of an upgraded source engine? i imagine this is the case, as with other well known engines. just wondered if there is anything official?

i imagine it will be an overhauled version much like all other well used engines.

maybe thats why its been quiet on valves front. maybe the source engine has been in overhaul mode for the last couple of years prepping for next gen. im sure this is the case. both companies seem obsessed with doing the undone and doing it better than anything before. this could be an amazing coming together.
