Not at all! It’s fantastic. I was talking about the version of the game before the Pixel Remaster, which I understand was kind of shit.

Is this a particularly good port? Or is it like, Final Fantasy VI pre-Pixel Remaster bad?

From what I’ve read, it does not. The device runs the exact same in portable as it does when plugged into the Dock.

(The Dock is also not available yet, and will be in the Spring quarter).

This season’s sure been written like it’s the last one. I don’t want it to end!

I’ll probably pick this up at a later date. The game having no 21:9 support turned me off of the PC version, and I’ve got Dying Light 2 and Horizon to swing between on PlayStation 5 for a decent while.

Forbidden West is very much a PS5 (and PS4, really) system-seller, so expect one or two years before an announcement, and another few months after that for the drop.

Maybe they’re trying to emulate the look of the game the course came from? Like, when I saw the footage of N64 Choco Mountain… yeah, that felt like authentic Choco Mountain.

This makes the Expansion Pak pretty much worth it. I’m going to get a whole lot more mileage (heh) out of this DLC than I did with Happy Home Paradise.
