I got rid of all of my social media apps, except Facebook. And I only use that to share pictures of my kid with the family. It’s really freed up a lot of time that I now use to post comments on Kinja.

I guess it’s because I don’t do social media and there’s only a handful of people who contact me at all but I just don’t get what’s so hard about putting your devices away and ignoring them when you don’t want to be bothered.
