"There were no friendly electrical outlets all over the place to use. "

I have a fairly similar setup (just Nikon and with more lenses but no flash) using an Incase DSLR Pro Sling Pack. Heartily recommended, especially if you're looking for something that doesn't look anything like a camera bag.

Back out as in pressing back? On Android at least, I can just go in the app switcher and go to the Authenticator without losing the form, or press home and launch it from there. I don't recall any app cancelling the login form by doing that.

Two notes:

Man, multiple choice questions? I wish I had that. I don't think I've ever had an exam since the unified high school exams (which were mass produced with scanner-ready answer sheets) that had more than 20% of the questions as multiple choice, and the overwhelming majority had none.

Easy to say. I sweat a lot, even just by doing something as simple as walking up a floor. My clothes *will* stink after a wear or two, regardless of what I do, and undershirts are also out since I feel hot enough already with only thin shirts.

Look up Eyefinity if you're on AMD hardware or Surround if you're on NVIDIA. Both allow for emulation of a single monitor from multiple smaller ones, provided they're all the same size/resolution and all plugged in the same card. You also need a fairly modern card to support this.

Funny that, the latest download is from February 2014. The project picked back up in 2010.
