beta 1 was not OTA. i didnt update because it would take too much time. beta 2 is reportedly OTA to beta 1 people, not to GM people.

im actually kinda happy with the gmail for exchange setup i have on the iphone. especially since ios4 you could have multiple exchange accounts. i just miss starring.

as a developer i was privileged to use ios5 beta since the beginning (june). from beta 1 i disabled reminders and weather updates every hour based on location because battery life was atrocious. needless to say i haven't used either since beta 1 and my battery life is fantastic (relatively speaking)

ive been switching off between my dell venue pro wp7.5 mango phone and my iphone 4 with io5 for the past 2 weeks. to be honest i find a lot of the windows software to be honest and cool but i cant find anything it does better (or that i like more) than my iphone. id like to think they are 'caught up'.
