This is very timely, as I ate a 175g jar of almond spread with a spoon today. 50pc almonds, the rest is fat and sugar. 1038 calories, 55g of carbs, 77g of fat, 25g of protein, 11g of fibre and 52g of sugar. Really, as entire jars of sweet spreads go, that's not too bad.
Ah, Rich Hall is adorable! Not the funniest, and he was definitely more interesting in earlier seasons. Also, Ronnie Ancona is amazing.

Yeah, I'd say it's because their medical services are second to none. People from all over Europe and the Middle East go to Bavaria for surgeries and spas (which are considered medical treatments).
