I have some business trade with a laser studio, so I get every damn thing lasered off – from my tattoo to pigmented spots to hair to spider veins. Some of that needs more than a couple treatments, but I have loved it for pigmented spots.

As I understand, plastic surgeons can create a raised nipple and a circular areola, but it would be permanently one way (not erectile tissue). The color of the areola, and textural variation, is what needs to be tattooed on.
