It reads to me like the author of the review is (possibly unwittingly) establishing two sets of characters, with white characters in the one set, and people of color and aliens in the other.

"two people of color (three if you include J’onn)"
I'm wondering how much of that review was written before the episode aired.
Why does every review go on and on and on and on about what the show would be like without Damien Lewis in it? He's been in a single episode this season. You want to know what the show is like without the guy in it? Watch the show.
"Hot."
Using sexy attire to distract male targets and then beat them up doesn't make women into prostitutes. Holy crap, man.
As for gender politics: the reviewer calling the women "prostitutes"… uh, why? Two women strolling through a park in dresses and high heels are automatically whores?
