As you say it usually bodes well for the consumer when competition increases, but it’ll be interesting to see if many people drop trusted and long-established services like Lastpass for Google’s offering. In fairness, Lastpass’s free option is pretty robust and would be perfectly adequate for most users.

This all looks very promising. I’m looking forward to the official release. A lot of this stuff sounds very pedestrian, but it’s often the little things that count and Android has been getting more and more slick with every iteration.

Reason I ask, I’ve always felt romantically drawn to the idea of working in a library/bookshop. I imagine most bookish types feel the same way. Must be nice spending your days among the stacks.

Been doing it long? What’s the work like?

Presumably consumers will still use VPN services to get around these limitations. Or has HBO mananged to prevent this from happening?

Good tip. I’ve also found that this practice can help maximise the number of points awarded on hotel loyalty schemes.

Interesting point. Thanks for chiming in:)

I’ve been pretty seriously into Wunderlist for ages now and it feels like its a bit too late to jump ship, but Todoist has always struck me as tantalisingly appealing. A good, solid to-do app is such a big part of my life that I’d love to give it a whirl sometime.

Thought this was Sofia Coppola for a minute.

Gutsy article. Thanks for sharing this:)

I forget what it was called, but a few years ago Dropbox was running an RPG-like quest involving a series of puzzles that could score you a GB or so of extra storage space. I haven't heard of anything like this since so it might just have been a one-off.

Wunderlist used to be a little glitchy with syncing, but ever since their last major update it's been pretty much plain sailing. Definitely one of the best to-do managers out there.

This is really good stuff. Thanks for sharing it.

Interesting article. I'm not a runner, but I'm always on the lookout for ways to augment my diet with performance in mind. It strikes me that popular runners' breakfasts would work well with any kind of demanding day in mind.

I'm the same way. Long summer days are great for getting stuff done.

I'm still squeezing the last bit of value out of a Nexus 4 from a couple of years ago. It was a fantastic phone at an unbeatable price. Are the days of rock-bottom prices on the Nexus line long gone?

I feel like watching Hoosiers:)

I had no idea. Impressive.

That's some lovely neck support:)
