Thanks:) It's not a king's ransom, but still really irritating to fork out for your own files.

Thanks:) Yeah, it's worrying. Just doing my best to stay safe online with email links and downloads.
Really solid advice. I've always done this in group interviews and think it really helps you engage with the panel (and in turn makes a much better impression overall).
Just out of curiosity, does it seem as if the people running this scam are following up on providing the decryption key to victims who pay up? And how much is half a Bitcoin worth anyway?
Sorry, should have read the next part of the article first;) Still, you're all over Trello like a ninja. Kudos.
Yeah, Asana's one of the best tools out there for project management.
Nice points, particularly about using silence tactically. Has taken me a long while to try this out but it's definitely an important tool in good communication.
I've shopped at Slater's a little over the years. Good prices and a pretty decent selection of suits. They have branches up and down the United Kingdom.
Interesting idea. In the past I've had to hang around the office during the summer for various reasons and generally been pretty reluctant, but actually found that the quiet and lack of distraction can be great for making progress on personal projects.
I've done a fair bit of flip-flopping when it comes to my career and one thing I've learned is to be less anxious about employers' reactions to an unconventional CV.
Amazon's worth looking at for shoes. They've got a great selection of the big brands and some pretty good prices relative to brick-and-mortar shops.
That's good to know. Do you know if Dropbox has made similar commitments not to scan everything that's uploaded?
I've always liked the idea of giving tai chi a try. Anyone have any feedback on the experience? Is it something you can start on your own at home with a DVD or book or do I need to enroll in a class?
Rocko's Modern Life was epic back in the day:)
Sounds good. In our household we both make notes in Wunderlist and Evernote and it works for us. Kitchen whiteboard's a great place for friction-free capturing of information.
I can vouch for this. I've become much more alert to wasteful spending by monitoring my expenditure more consciously.
Just want to make sure I understand the remote-wipe feature correctly. So this will set up an automatic deletion of all the files in the Dropbox installed on my lost laptop as soon as whoever discovers it (potential thief or otherwise) connects to the internet?
Yeah, totally. 1TB is a game-changing amount of space.
Great article Alan:) I could have done with this when my workplace erupted earlier this year.
