I would say sucks to be Europe but well-establish public transportation, walkable cities, shorter drives, and a scooter/motorcycle-friendly mentality sort of help offset the price.

Right. And I feel like “Express” lanes should be restricted to paid vehicles. And then they can incentivize vans/buses/EVs with a discount but not necessarily free.

BMW X2 looks like a horrible value. There are certainly better options out there on the market if you like crossovers.
