Probably.
Probably.
“Top speed of 17,500 miles per hour with a 0-60 time of 1 x 10^-9 seconds.
I thought I was the only one... I love seeing MB interiors, but the exteriors are horrible. The whole vehicle is round until you hit the front which uses the fake vents to angle it out. Look at this 2018 C300:
You say “+1” but at this moment, you didn’t give him any stars?
Go to a Tesla forum, you’ll see fans critiquing the product. The range could be improved. The driver could have used a nice HUD. The charging times could always improve.
They haven’t tried?
But then you’ll get freakishly disfigured looking car designs. I actually like the Tesla styling.
Tesla managed to heighten how people see American cars, worldwide. It’s a luxury car / status symbol that people aspire to own and they’ve created the fan base in such a short amount of time.
I mean, what fan club would? Go on any BMW vs Audi video and grab the popcorn when they deem one to be the “winner” over another.
You’re saying I could get a bespoke hand-made car... just like Bentley?! Sign me up.
They are biased. I am biased too. But they are BIASED! PITCHFORKS OUT.
I’ll take that bet. I forsee Tesla dominating the EV market in a similar fashion to Apple dominating smart phones and devices (despite having ample competition). It’s brand popularity at this point and Tesla has created quite a brand.
It’s like they expected a $35,000 car to be an $80,000+ car. I wonder what their thoughts are on the Model S.
The price today is fine because they need the money to continue development. As the cost of technology goes down or their production is a bit better, I can see the price dropping a bit. But I think Tesla would rather improve the product quality to justify the price, before reducing the price.
Right, I keep saying this - the luxury is having a car that runs 100% on a battery and a nationwide charging network. The luxury is the summon feature and the autopilot. The luxury is the ludicrous mode and panoramic sun roofs.
The quality is constantly improving - the company is young. Most Model S’s are fine, but their sales numbers will ultimately be lower than the Model 3 due to price. Only time will tell
I could go for some refreshing Kool-aid right about now...
You lost all credibility when you compared it to a Toyota Highlander - laughable. Yes, a lot of people like it... what are you depressed about?
How is that “fake luxury?” It’s real luxury in America - especially at a $100,000 price tag.
I didn’t expect much from an interior of a $16,000 economy car, but damn this is not a place I’d want to be:
