I hated Kasich but fully respected his veto of the previous version of this bill. This new era of DeWine as governor is going to be one long nightmare for Ohio, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

It’s a Roe-challenge bill. With five staunchly conservative Justices on the Supreme Court, they’re now going to start passing bills to see if they can get Roe flipped, or at least weakened to the point that states could ban abortion within their boundaries.
