I think the issue is that alligators can function both on land and in the water. So while the lake wasn’t built as an alligator habitat, and I don’t believe it connects to any natural bodies of water, there’s probably very little they can do to ensure that alligators don’t move in and populate the area.

Even if it’s not connected, nature finds a way. And alligators can and do travel over land. We have manmade lakes all over the place where I live but they’re still full of native wildlife.

To think of the father (and to some degree, it sounds like the mother as well?) frantically, desperately trying to free their son from the gator, only to having him submerge with the boy and no further sign of him...

I’ve never been to Florida, so forgive my ignorance, and can someone please educate me: Why does a resort, especially one that caters to families, have deadly animals in the vicinity? Don’t they have man-made bodies of waters on their property that aren’t connected to the natural lagoons, rivers, etc.? Because it

I too have a 2 year old (almost 3 OMG he’s getting so freaking big) and my heart just dropped for his parents after I heard this. There was also a story about a guy taking pictures of kids at a mall play area near me recently.

As a parent, it’s staggering the amount of thoughts you canNOT think about. Which is why they make signs to help those of us who maybe aren’t thinking everything through. My heart goes out to this parent, if I were him I would... I can’t even think it, it’s too much. Nope.

I don’t care if everyone hates this gif, it’s still fucking apt as hell.

This poor family :((( I have a two year old boy, and I just cannot even begin to think what they must be going through.

He is SO BAD

My favorite line from RHOBH is (I think) when we first meet Yo and she’s cooking a meal for David and his only comment is “It’s a little salty, babe”

Brooks did fake the shit out of his cancer doe, jussayin.

eeeeeeeeasy! even I see the title being misunderstood so chill out ffs.

Yolanda (and her fridge) were too good for RH, anyway.

Wow. Very inappropriate. You need to realize that in your job people are not going to always agree with you. If you answer them with ‘fuck off’ , you tell them that you do not have the mental capacity to challenge or debate them. Thus, everyone who reads your response will empathize with frankly.

Damn I’ll miss that fridge. That was a thing of beauty.

That might be the best thing for her because she has a lot going on in her personal life. Being on the show can’t help with what she going through.

I’m very pro choice, way to be a complete and utter moron.

Ok - please all calm down - I didn't express myself clearly and I understand why it came across wrong - my intention was to protect the woman because I thought the headline appeared to be vilifying that someone could have an abortion that late. My mistake - please back off - I'm allowed to make a mistake. I'm totally

Wow - really nice way to engage with your readers. What I meant - and clearly I didn't say it correctly so forgive me for not using the exact appropriate words - was that the woman deserves your respect by making the headline clear about the abortion she chose to have - no judgment on my part and I'm deeply saddened

This article tells us what happens when women have abortions that late. This is why late-term abortion needs to remain legal. Women are not deciding on a whim to have abortions at 32 weeks. It is done for medical reasons.
