@Tony Bologna: You know, he has a point. Wiring, when done improperly, restricts airflow (thus requiring more energy to cool). Even a couple hundred (thousand?) zip-ties (tight for computer cables, loose for bundles of network wires) would allow better airflow.

Is there any chance of being able to save earlier tracks from earlier GH games (I have 2, 3, WT, 5, and will probably pick up this), so it may all be played from the one disc?

The funny thing about the WRT-54GL router is that it's several years old, and requires a fair bit of hacking to get it to work. Yes, it's cheap, but it cannot hold a candle to some of the other alternatives out there nowadays.
