...To me, that is what it was like to drive. Reliving a memory. A memory of speed and excitement that was that was put into context when I drove the new Si and realized it was faster and more fun.

The defining sensation of what this car was like to drive was nostalgia.

I did drive the new Si for comparison. The Type R’s in the pictures because it pulled up into my photo shoot and I thought it’d be cool to see them together.

Man, just this picture of the climate controls and radio straight up took me back to my college days. It was an an Accord.

There is a light by my housewhich runs on timer from 5am to 8pm, and goes to sensor at night. It will never change at night if a car does not come from the neighborhood on either side.

In a vacuum you might be right, but in context (Fox, the president, etc) this is a dog whistle aimed at conservative, low-information consumers. i have over 500k miles in manual transmissions and coming back from Wyoming last summer after the full eclipse i swore to all that is evil and holy that i would never be stuck in a traffic jam again w/a manual. My gf doesnt drive a manual and so for 10 hours i crept along in stop and go traffic. It was hell.
