@Buster Friendly: no kidding... after I realized this was only for popular skiing destinates I was disappointed...

@moe52: they are, unfortunately, horrible about paying out on insured packages... I have seen this on several occasions with friends and been shocked at how difficult they make it to just get 'some' of the insured value back.

@hewhoroams: just be sure you ship your luggage far enough in advance to clear customs twice...

@Maulleigh: with ADD, you may be able to 'focus' on something you are interested in, but random thoughts or distractions will still pull at your attention briefly at times. The most interesting thing always wins, so a video game may warrant sustained attention, while a 9-5 job has a hard time competing with facebook…

Jalop - I need some advice... How do I get my hands on an affordable AMC Hummer? Does the military auction them off ever, or just park them in a field forever?

@AmishJohn: HHR is fun to throw arround a little, but I agree that it sucks as an all around car.

@Ash78 the kids first: I whole heartedly agree. I lucked into pit passes and tickets for when IRL came to the Texas Motor Speedway. The race was a snooze, but the time spent at the pits and garages was awesome.

@weatherman: the rough surface will result in reduced mileage...

@snap_understeer_ftw: likely just shy of sonic boom. The 'vapor cone' often occurs just shy of the sound barrier and does not result in the 'sonic boom' effect. if you catch an air show on a humid day there will usually be at least one or two jets pulling that off for the crowd.

@Sth002000: wide range really. In Fort Worth I filled up for $2.52 yesterday, while the best price I saw in Dallas was $2.61... within the state the spread can be $0.30 or more.

and here I though kool-aid was the drink of choice.
